Join our partner’s IT organization as an SAP IT Project Manager and play a key role in driving complex technology initiatives that support their mission of creating a healthier, cleaner, and safer world. In this role, you will lead large-scale IT projects and programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance overall technological capabilities.

Tasks:

End-to-end management of IT projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
Development, maintenance, and execution of detailed project plans
Managing multiple parallel projects or workstreams, including M&A initiatives
Monitoring project performance across scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and issues
Providing regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership
Facilitating workshops and meetings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
Collaborating with business and technical teams to define and document requirements
Ensuring compliance with IT governance, information security, and regulatory standards
Utilizing project portfolio management tools and dashboards for tracking and reporting
Supporting project gate reviews and escalating issues when necessary
Working effectively with globally distributed teams across different time zones

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or related IT delivery roles
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations within a single organization, including full end-to-end project delivery
Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP such as SAP, CRM such as SFDC, or similar)
Experience in global or cross-functional team environments
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong expertise in managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Planview, JIRA, Microsoft Project)
Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects (e.g. rollouts, migrations, integrations)
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and quality management systems
Understanding of change management methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
