Állás leírása
Main Tasks
- We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HR Consultant at least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR flow and integration with other modules
- Role includes
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Participation in Agile rituals
- Documenting the solution design and functional specifications
- Working with corss functional teams and Technical Teams
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to perform test activities (ex: Unit testing, Integration, Regression and test automation)
- Support and guide business on operational issues during hyper care
Expectation
- 6+ years experience
- Knowledge in Payroll, OM, PA and TM
- Knowledge in HR integration with other moduels
- Translate these business requirements into the right functional IT specifications and IT solution direction
- This means you create the functional design and contributes to the architectural roadmap. You are able to customize, test and train key-users
- E2E SAP HCM Functional knowledge.
- Must have knowledge on integrations
- Good to have Workday Knowledge
- Detailed hands-on / customizing knowledge of SAP/Fiori time writing.
- Working in a scaled Agile environment (DevOps)
- Candidate must be eligible to work in Hungary.
