Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing SAP solutions for warehousing and transportation transformation projects, with a particular focus on SAP EWM.

Your responsibilities include migrating existing warehouse management solutions -starting in Switzerland- and developing tailored solutions to optimize business processes for other ALSO branches.

You will oversee the operation, maintenance, and support of the S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management solution. Additionally, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new solutions for material management and warehouse administration, including their technical realization.

Requirements

SAP Solutions Implementation (SAP S4/HANA)
SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
Business Process Optimization
System Operation and Maintenance
Inventory Management & Warehouse Management (Inventory Controlling included)
Customizing (SAP)
Application Support
Project Implementation (SAP)
At least five years of professional experience in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in a consulting-related function or from industry
Customizing experience
Cross-module experience (SD, MM) is beneficial
Experience with SAP implementation projects and application support
Strong process knowledge in inventory management, warehouse management, and production supply for fully and semi-automatic warehouses

Languages

German (Fluent) Mandatory
English (Fluent) Mandatory

Required Education and Qualifications:

Completed vocational training, Matura, advanced professional education, or a university degree in computer science
Ideally, additional qualifications in project management (e.g., Scrum Master, IPMA)
Further training or knowledge in ICT requirements engineering
