• Cooperates with relevant business and functional areas and Business Analysts to analyze business processes and requirements
• handle business requests from technical side and leads preparation and execution of IT development plans to fulfill business needs. (including resource estimation)
• Under professional guidance of Lead Developers and Team Lead, performs technical analysis and design of IT systems 
• Ensures the delivery of high quality and cost-effective IT solutions fulfilling business requirements and enabling efficient business processes. (including external, internal development delivery)
• Ensures the professional execution of solution design, implementation and unit testing activities, ensures support of key users and handover of solution to IT Application & Infrastructure Operation colleagues.
• Participates in the evaluation of suppliers involved in application development or introduction, occasionally leads workgroups performing these activities
• Maintains contemporary knowledge of IT solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area, and strives to apply these in their job.
• Coordinates the implementation of projects and system improvement requests in their area.
• Participates in 3rd level application support in order to mitigate and resolve incidents related to applications in their area.
• Development responsibilities: Works closely with Team Leader/Lead Developer/Application Architect and performs the tasks, Provides mentoring support to senior team members to guide their work and support their development

• University/College degree in Information Technology / Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience relevant SAP experience
• Strong knowledge in ABAP development, including complex troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Module/Application specific SAP functionality as well as integration points with other modules.
• Strong team player, self-motivated, strong analytical and technical trouble shooting skills, able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Proficiency in vendor supervision and collaboration.
• Ability to oversee project details while maintaining focus on the broader solution.
• Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian.
• Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects is an advantage.
