Our partner is a Scandinavian-based corporate group, apply to them as an
SAP AND MES DEPLOYMENT PROJECT MANAGER
and working with the newest SAP Technologies
Location: XI. district / Székesfehérvár
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly achievement of all project goals and milestones.
- Lead and oversee four teams (SAP, MES, Infrastructure, and Data Migration) in reaching set objectives, each headed by a Team Leader.
- Handle client escalations and expectations effectively.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, metrics, schedules, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Deliver executive summaries to senior management and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Recognize and engage with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Establish effective communication channels, including engagement and board meetings.
- Manage the overall project budget to ensure cost control.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills
- University degree
- Extensive experience in ERP project delivery
- Experience and broad understanding of SAP and/or MES systems
- Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure including networking, server setup, security, and technical components such as PLCs, scanners, and printers
- Familiarity with onsite-offshore delivery models
- Proficient in various Project Management methodologies such as PMI, Prince 2, Agile/Scrum
- Strong overall project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel within Europe up to 50% of the time
