Responsibilities

Consulting and technical expertise on the Salesforce platform
Collaboration with experts for Salesforce technology integrations
Setting up new business units in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including configuration of data points and FTP locations
Development of dynamic content using AMP script in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Development of custom applications in Journey Builder using SSJS and REST & SOAP APIs
Building targeted audience segments using Data Extensions and SQL Setup
Leveraging Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Interaction Studio, Content Builder, Email Studio for multi-touch communications
Overseeing complex campaign workflow rules and data segmentation
Overseeing ETL processes for multiple business units and suggesting best practices
Configuring database environment with data extensions and Contact Builder
Defining data validation, cleansing, and deduplication rules and processes
Defining data connectors for data ingestion into Salesforce
Assisting in technical and architectural framework for Salesforce applications
Ensuring scalability of developed solutions
Serving as subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud for internal stakeholders
Gathering requirements and implementing solutions based on best practices
Communicating technical and business solutions to multiple audiences

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration (minimum 1 year)
Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and integration methods
Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
Ability to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and third-party solutions
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with JavaScript

Nice-to-have

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
