Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
Build and enhance user experiences using Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Controllers, Test Methods, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, workflows, and approval processes
Write Apex code to implement complex business logic within Salesforce Governor Limits
Administer Salesforce setup including configuration, security administration, and release management
Design and build user interfaces, frameworks, components, navigation elements, and customization for cloud-based business applications
Design and develop/publish various inbound/outbound web services for real-time integrations
Implement Salesforce Automation, Marketing Automation, and Case Management
Develop integrated Quality Management system on Salesforce.com Platform
Implement Partner or Customer Communities modules for Salesforce
Develop Batch Apex and Schedule Apex processes
Perform data migration and integration using Data Loader Utility
Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware platforms
Manage deployments and version control using Change Sets, GitHub, Bitbucket, Flexdeploy, VS Code, and ANT
Coordinate and support regular release cycles including deployment readiness reviews and stakeholder signoffs
Lead day-to-day production support activities for global user communities
Act as Salesforce Subject Matter Expert for business and technical teams
Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions

Requirements

Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC and Aura)
Experience with Apex and Visualforce development
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Managed Packages
Expertise in Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and MuleSoft integration
Experience with version control and CI/CD practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII)
Salesforce Certified AI Associate
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
Salesforce.com Platform Developer certification preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce.com development and APEX programming
Skills in SOQL, Triggers, APEX programming, HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, Data Loader, SOAP, Visualforce Pages
Experience with web service and integration
