Responsibilities

Salesforce development and solution delivery
Design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
Building and enhancing user experiences using Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
Development and maintenance of custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Controllers, Test Methods, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Implementation of automation using Flows, Process Builder, workflows, and approval processes
Apex coding to implement complex business logic within Salesforce Governor Limits
Administration setup and use of Salesforce development tools like Force.com, Eclipse IDE and integration tools like Informatica, Mulesoft
Writing test classes and test methods for maximum code coverage
Integration of Salesforce.com applications with other applications using Web Services/XML
Designing Custom Objects, Fields, Pick Lists, Role based Page Layouts, Automation Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Tabs, Reports, Dashboards, and Email generation
Administration configuration on CRM applications including data exports/imports, application support, security administration, CMC maintenance, and release management
Designing and building user interfaces, frameworks, components, navigation elements and customization for cloud-based business applications
Designing and developing/publishing various Inbound/Outbound Web services for real time integrations
Functional expertise in Salesforce Automation, Marketing Automation and Case Management
Salesforce setup menu, configuration, custom application development, administration, data migration and deployment to Force.com platform
Development of integrated Quality Management system on Salesforce.com Platform
Implementation of Partner or Customer Communities modules
Batch Apex and Schedule Apex development
Data migration and integration using Data loader Utility
Production support activities for global user communities
Collaboration with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions

Requirements

Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC and Aura)
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware platforms
Experience with version control and CI/CD practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
Ability to manage modules or projects independently and mentor junior developers
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII)
Salesforce Certified AI Associate
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
Salesforce.com Platform Developer certification preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce.com development and APEX programming
Skills in SOQL, Triggers, APEX Programming, HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, DL, SOAP, VF Pages
Experience with web service and integration
