Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it enables efficient day-to-day operations while continuously improving usability, automation, and data quality. This position reports to the Product Owner, Sales and Service, IT.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and maximize the value of our Salesforce investment across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, improving user experience, and driving operational efficiency within a growing, mission-driven organization.

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ)
  • Support users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training as needed
  • Design and implement automation (Flows, validation rules, process improvements) to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce clicks, and improve user experience
  • Maintain data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and governance best practices
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Support ongoing enhancements and system improvements to maximize ROI on Salesforce investments
  • Assist with system integrations and ensure data consistency across platforms
  • Participate in release management, testing, and deployment of new features and updates

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud experience is a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules)
  • Strong understanding of data management and data quality best practices
  • Experience building reports and dashboards
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English
