Feladatok

A Sales Team Leader drives revenue by managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets. Key responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching staff, and managing client relationships. They are responsible for forecasting, reporting, onboarding new hires, and improving sales processes.
