Sales Team Leader

Our client is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a team of 4 in enhancing performance and achieving sales targets within the electronics market.

As a team leader, you will analyze competitors and market trends to sustain profitability. In addition to strategic planning, you will manage stakeholders and collaborate with partners in sales campaigns and promotions, aiming not only to enhance the brand's visibility but also to actively engage customers. Keep an eye on new business opportunities and serve as a role model for your team members by providing guidance, feedback, and achievable goals. Share ideas and negotiate with other departments to excel in a competitive market.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Establish short-term and long-term sales strategies and development plans;
  • Prepare, develop, and assist in the annual commercial planning of the products;
  • Oversee the planning and management of the sales budget while effectively managing the sales channel;
  • Set targets for the sales team members and consistently examine the strategy to ensure the achievement of sales targets;
  • Mentor your team members by providing feedback and offering solutions;
  • Monitor sales progress and market trends;
  • Prepare presentations and reports related to performance;
  • Achieve results accurately and on time.

Required competencies

  • University degree in business, economics, or commerce and marketing fields;
  • Several years of work experience in sales, preferably in the electronics market;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Hungarian and English is essential;
  • Confident use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Goal-oriented mindset with great people management skills.
