Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Team Assistant to join our dynamic team in Budapest . As a Sales Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support. If you are proactive, a strong communicator, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team, we encourage you to apply.

What will be your role?
  • Providing daily administrative support to the Country Manager and offering assistance to the Key Account Managers' team.            
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, while managing the Customer Care mailbox and other communications in Hungarian.            
  • Overseeing the administration and management of insurance contracts to ensure proper and timely handling, including handling unpaid insurance contracts.            
  • Coordinating with dealers, brokers, and the Administration Team to facilitate efficient workflows.    
  • Managing the invoice cycle for accurate billing processes.            
  • Arranging business meetings with individual partners and assisting with marketing materials for the sales team.  
  • Translating documents from English to Hungarian, and supporting the organization of company events
  • Regularly updating and maintaining customer and partner databases to ensure accurate contact information and  facilitate targeted communications.            
  • Creating and maintaining a well-organized filing system for contracts, reports, and correspondence.     
  • Attending team and stakeholder meetings to capture notes, provide input, and follow up on action items. 
  • Identifying and implementing innovative process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce administrative burdens for the sales team.                        

Requirements

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken 
  • Hungarian - native speaker
  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Great communication skills
  • Great organisational skills

  • Experience in the Automotive, Financial or Insurance sector is benefit
