Responsibilities
If you have great communication, administration skills and you are interested in working in a multinational environment, I have good news: We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist on behalf of our partner in Tatabánya!
The role's primary responsibilities are:
- Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Sales Managers
- Keep contact with customers (B2B)
- Making forecasts to help creating sales plans
- Handle invoices
- Help to build up the communication strategy
- Work closely with other departments to find every information for the customers
Requirements
Required skills and competencies:
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English (and in Hungarian)
- You have higher degree
- Min. 2 year experience in customer-focused position (like customer service, order management, receptionist)
- Flexible, open-minded personality
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
