Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
  • Managing, recording and tracking Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
  • Preparing customer quotations based on pricing received from procurement
  • Liaising with sales, procurement and customer service teams
  • Collecting product data and coordinating information in ERP/CRM systems
  • Updating price lists and completing related administrative tasks
  • Actively participating in process improvement projects

Requirements

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales administration
  • Confident English knowledge
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Customer‑oriented, precise and proactive attitude
