Responsibilities

Support the daily work of sales: preparing offers, contracts
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems, prepare reports
Communicate with existing and potential clients, qualify and process customer inquiries
Prepare and coordinate communication materials (presentations, posts, brochures) in line with the company’s brand for online platforms
Monitor market data and competitor activities, prepare marketing summaries for sales
Support the organization of events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

Higher education degree (degree in economics, commerce, or marketing is an advantage)
At least 1–3 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and organizational skills, precise administrative approach
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Sales and marketing mindset, creativity, and visual sense
Confident English language skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads)
Enjoys participating in project and events and implementing campaigns
Knowledge of additional foreign language(s)
Precision, reliability, and a customer-oriented mindset
Openness to professional development, learning new skills, international collaboration
