Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by preparing sales offers and processing orders for equipment and software.
- Oversee inventory management, including equipment handling and system registration.
- Register the receipt of hardware into our inventory system, understanding their technical specifications.
- Handle invoicing and payments to providers.
- Collect outstanding payments from customers and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.
- Ensure efficient office operations, manage supplies, maintain equipment, and oversee vendor relations.
- Handle all mail and deliveries, both incoming and outgoing.
- Prepare and send invoices, manage client databases, and track documents.
- Process supplier payments in the bank system.
- Update financial and operational spreadsheets.
- Manage vendor relationships and office budget, including ordering supplies.
- Maintain office facilities and equipment.
Requirements
- A proactive individual with strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing both administrative tasks and physical equipment handling.
- Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn both hardware and software products.
- Experienced in sales support, administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Hungarian.
- A collaborative team player, adept at supporting diverse team needs.
