Your role
As a Sales Support Specialist / Bid Specialist, you will own and coordinate the full bid process from the first “this could be an opportunity” moment through to submission.
  • manage RFPs, tenders and proposals end-to-end
  • occasionally engage with potential clients during the pre-sales phase
  • handle CRM administration related to opportunities and bids
  • coordinate the preparation of complex proposals
  • support contract management and documentation processes
  • align and collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, finance, legal)
  • manage timelines, deadlines and deliverables
  • shape proposal structure and bid strategy
  • support bid / no-bid decision-making
  • identify and manage risks
  • ensure high-quality, consistent proposal materials
  • support presentations and proposal defense

We are looking for you if
  • you have 2–3+ years of experience in bid / presales / sales support
  • you have worked on complex proposals or tenders
  • you think in a structured way and like seeing the big picture
  • you communicate confidently with different stakeholders
  • you have strong English skills
  • you are precise and can handle deadlines
