Responsibilities
Epic things you'll do here
- Support the Sales Manager in hitting annual targets and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
- Prepare and manage quotes, contracts, and orders – accurately and consistently.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers and resellers.
- Handle inbound inquiries by phone and email, turning every touchpoint into a great experience.
- Identify and proactively reach out to new partners and business opportunities.
- Own CRM data entry, reporting, and data structure improvements.
- Help develop and automate sales processes so the team can scale.
- Support customer meetings, prepare materials, and contribute to tender processes.
Requirements
What you bring
- You're precise and organized – you know that great sales always runs on great systems.
- You're comfortable in a CRM; MiniCRM experience is a real plus.
- ️ You communicate confidently by phone and in writing – because every interaction can be the start of a customer relationship.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or cold calling.
- You're analytical and self-driven: you enjoy working with data and spotting patterns.
- Fluent in both Hungarian and English. Romanian, German, Slovak, Slovenian, or Arabic is a strong bonus.
