Responsibilities

All valve assembly requests for shorter then prospectus lead time will go to this team and will be handled by the engineers
Engineer should be able to find the shortest possible delivery for valve assemblies to comply with customer requested date.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

Understand sales/Customer’s technical-, and lead time requirements
Keep contact with sales offices, factories, suppliers
Find appropriate solution in order to achieve requested lead time
Provide alternative solutions as vital
Respond to sales enquiries within targeted response time
Technical preparation and detailing of sales orders
Maintain and improve customer happiness
Work systematically and expertly in a well detailed manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.
Administration

Requirements

Engineering degree
Proficient written and oral English
Strong communication skills to be used in interaction with customers and not only
Strong team player & self starter
Experience in business systems and order processing
