Responsibilities

As Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients for our sea, air, and rail freight forwarding services
Making cold calls and building relationships with potential clients, as well as maintaining contact with existing customers
Arranging meetings with clients for the Sales Representative you will be working with as a team
Work closely with the Sales Representative, providing on-site support.
Achieve sales targets
Support existing customers in your designated region.
Record activities and prepare reports in the CRM system.

Requirements

Experience in conducting telephone sales conversations
Willingness to learn about the freight forwarding market, our processes and our service offering
Good command of English and Hungarian
Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
A results-driven attitude and commitment to assigned tasks
