Responsibilities

Conducting market research and acquiring new customers within Germany
Sales activities
Daily phone and online communication with customers
Regular customer updates regarding prices, promotions, and new product launches
Processing orders
Preparing quotations and completing administrative tasks related to the job
Initiating cold calls and cold emails
Daily and weekly reporting during the probation period; weekly and monthly reporting after the probation period
Personal visits to partners
Primary workplace is home office, combined with on-site visits

Requirements

Native-level German language skills
Intermediate level of English
Secondary education qualification
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks well during the first few months (3–6 months) of cold outreach
Beginner salespeople can apply as well
