Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- To acquire and look after local and foreign Partners in coordination with customer service
- Elaboration and updating of sales strategy and its correct implementation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets by researching and targeting potential clients in various countries.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients
- Permanent monitoring and calculation of Partners activity and revenue targets (sales, new customers, margin)
- Analyze international sales data and market trends, needs
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
- Close monitoring of competitors' brands activities / products, services, prices, promotions... /
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement international marketing strategies, promotions that align with target market preferences and trends
- Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals, and to stay informed about global market developments.
- Cooperation and communication with collegues from Head Office in Japan
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented attitude, patient
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in sales in commercial business
- Highly result oriented person with hunter drive & abilities to win new business
- Confident computer skills, MS Office proficiency
- Ability to think strategically and act operationally
- Structured, logical and business oriented mindset
- Independent, precise work with team management experience
- Proactive selling and negotiation skills, client centric approach
- Speaking English confidently, active knowledge is a must
- Native hungarian
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central ERP System
- Perfect english language
- Stationery business experience
