Coindeal Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative fluent in Serbian to join our dynamic, customer-focused team.
This position involves telephone-based sales tasks, so excellent communication skills in Serbian, as well as proficiency in Hungarian or English, are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
This position involves telephone-based sales tasks, so excellent communication skills in Serbian, as well as proficiency in Hungarian or English, are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting telephone sales in Serbian, reaching out to clients with new offers
- Providing information about our products, promotions, and exclusive deals
- Performing administrative tasks related to sales activities
- Maintaining and following up on customer relationships
Elvárások
- Confident command of the Serbian language (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Hungarian or English for everyday communication
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Basic computer literacy
