Responsibilities
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers & maintaining existing customer relationships
- Maintain active business relationships with distributors and resellers
- Building a channel partner network
- Using CRM Open Source software on daily basis for administering
- Study sales volume and industry trends to understand how to best penetrate the market and gain consumer interest
- Responding to incoming commercial needs and offering innovative solutions to customers
- Regular monitoring of customer needs, preparation of offers, processing of orders, monitoring of deadlines
- Follow-up on every customer after receiving our products
- Stay current with industry trends and monitor competition
- Representing the company at online/offline events
- Creating sales presentations that are accurate, compelling and informative
Requirements
Personal & Professional expectations:
- Maintain integrity, honesty and deal ethically with customers and partners no matter the situation
- Excellent sense of urgency and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Being able to work as a part of the small team
- Ability to learn about various products, and share this knowledge in a confident manner
- Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers
- At least 2 years of professional sales experience in IT or in a similar field
- Excellent computer skills (MS and Google applications, Prezi...)
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Category B driving licence
Nice-to-have
It is an advantage to fill the position:
- Excellent English language command, both spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in economics, management or IT fields
- Professional sales experience gained in a similar field internationally or domestically
- Experience in trading IT products
