Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Hybrid role: door2door client meetings + remote days
- Deliver product presentations and demos to potential clients
- Handle complex deals and work with key accounts
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Contribute to improving sales processes and strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS / IT / HoReCa is a strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of the local HoReCa market
- Proven ability to independently manage deals from lead to close
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Results-driven mindset with experience working towards ambitious targets
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Fluent Hungarian is also a must + confident working proficiency in English
- Proactive, accountable, and structured approach to work
