Feladatok

Purpose:
Provide support to the company's business departments and cooperate with other departments of the company and the group, especially the IT department, cooperate with international teams of the PKN Orlen group, submit proposals for improvements in accordance with the company/group strategy implement approved projects in the areas of new technologies, support systems, automation, digitalization, customer care, service and product development, new technologies and innovations.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manages and is responsible for the introduction of new products, services and technologies, including innovations, both independently and in cooperation with group members.
  •  Responsible for project implementation in the areas of new technologies, support systems, automation, digitalization, customer care, service and product development, new technologies and innovations.
  •  Leads and coordinates sales support projects with departments across the organization, especially with an overlap with IT and technology.
  • Implements supporting systems such as POS/BOS, terminals, payments, SFA, CRM and ensures their continuous development and integration with other systems. 
  •  Opens and manages related projects and submits evaluation reports and proposals for measures. Determines and analyzes key performance indicators and effectiveness of implemented changes in connection with retail projects. 
  • Manages and is responsible for the introduction of new products, services and technologies, including innovations, both independently and in cooperation with group members.
  • Prepares and coordinates strategic planning meetings to improve application functionality and user experience, and prepares presentations for stakeholders to demonstrate application features, updates, and future plans.
  • He monitors current trends in relation to the operation of the CS, retail sectors or other areas in order to determine the so-called #best practice# and identify business opportunities. He compares various approaches and procedures of both competitors and group members, analyzes them and independently submits suggestions for improvement.
  • Participates in other individual and team tasks as directed by the supervisor.
