To support the growing market demands, Medicontur is now looking for an ambitious:

• As the right hand of our International Sales Director, you will help drive commercial excellence across our international markets by supporting key strategic initiatives and business processes.
• Support strategic sales planning and global commercial initiatives
• Analyze account-level P&Ls and identify business improvement opportunities
• Manage sales budget planning and allocation in collaboration with International Business Development Manageres
• Assist in pricing structure optimization and pricing system upgrades
• Take part in the launch and operationalization of the new ERP system (SAP)
• Prepare regular business performance reviews and ad-hoc commercial analysis
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales and internal departments, ensuring continuous improvement of processes and day-to-day operations
• Provide project management support for commercial excellence and digitalization initiatives

• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analysis, or commercial planning
• Advanced MS Excel and strong analytical skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language (preferably French, Spanish, or German) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Self-starter attitude, highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow with the business
