Responsibilities

Do you want to make a real impact on the optimization of sales and post-sales processes and business development? If you have strong analytical skills, can identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and coordinate their implementation, join our team in an independent role as a Sales Operations Manager.
 
In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for: 

  • Analyzing Sales and After-sales processes to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency 
  • Recommending and coordinating the implementation of process improvements  
  • Monitoring the adoption level of implemented changes and their business impact using measurable metrics 
  • Managing a catalogue of local parameters, options, and exceptions with clear business justification 
  • Identifying and escalating implementation risks and actively supporting the organization through the change process 
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic decision-making within the organization 
  • Cooperation with local Sales and After-sales leaders in planning actions, budgets, and transformation priorities 
  • Cooperation with CC Support regarding post-implementation training needs 
  • Cooperation with the Digital Product Manager on implementing system changes resulting from business requirements 
  • Cooperation Analytics teams to develop analytical models supporting sales 

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has: 

  • Strong analytical skills – the ability to analyze data and draw accurate conclusions 
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization 
  • The ability to prioritize and optimize processes in a dynamic environment 
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, MS Excel) 
  • Communicative level of English enabling business conversations in an international environment, and fluent Hungarian 
  • Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g. Jira), 
  • Independence and a proactive approach 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organize your own work effectively. 

Nice-to-have

Additional assets include: 

  • Experience in managing an initiatives and tasks backlog 
  • Experience in Call Center sales operations / process engineering 
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large databases 
  • Knowledge of tools and experience in implementing AI/ML solutions 
  • Market awareness of travel industry
