Responsibilities

Preparation, participation, and follow-up of forecast meetings
Proactive pipeline analysis for sales management to improve pipeline quality and its system representation based on defined KPIs, and to support decision-making
Handling operations-related ad-hoc requests from the management of assigned sales units as well as from the global and regional Revenue Operations organization
Enablement of sales management on operational topics (e.g., tools, processes)

Requirements

2-3 years’ experience
Fluent in English and German
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
Customer-oriented mindset
Proactive and independent work style
Flexibility to work during varying business hours, especially at quarter and year-end
University degree
