Feladatok

Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into CRM system (Pipedrive) to maintain up-to-date records.
Manage sales pipelines, including tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages.
Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.
Provide insights and recommendations for the management based on data analysis.
Collaborate with the presales team to coordinate sales activities, such as meetings, presentations, and client communications.
Prepare sales materials, proposals, contracts and orders.
Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries on the customer side and also on the supplier side.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing and operations, to implement process improvements.

Business related qualification.
Advanced level of English.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software usage (e.g., Pipedrive).
Basic financial knowledge (e.g., forecasting, invoicing, Kulcs-Soft ERP).
Basic IT knowledge and opennes to IT security knowledge.
