Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

You'll blend hands-on content creation with structured sales and partner support. From day one you will contribute to materials that drive revenue and visibility; as you progress, you'll take on more responsibility across campaigns and partner accounts, with the opportunity to own defined projects end-to-end. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Support sales with updated presentations, rate sheets and a clean partner database/CRM—contributing to proposals and seasonal offers.
  • Liaise with PR agencies, travel advisors and media; coordinate & host FAM/press visits with timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in planning photoshoots, events and special collaborations (timelines, checklists, logistics).
  • Capture & curate images and short videos for social, newsletters and website; maintain an organised digital asset library (photo/video/press).
  • Prepare & schedule social media posts in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Support the creation of newsletters, press kits and marketing collateral with consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor engagement and compile clear analytics snapshots for marketing/PR campaigns, highlighting next steps.
  • Provide structured admin support across projects (files, minutes, POs, version control).

Requirements

Profile

  • Strong interest in luxury hospitality, wellness, and travel.
  • A Hotel Management degree is an advantage
  • A sharp visual eye and basic photography/videography skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Lightroom, or similar creative tools (basic knowledge sufficient).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English; German or French is an asset.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
  • Based in Saas-Fee (or willing to be) with an openness to a long-term commitment.
