Responsibilities
Leadership of a field sales team
Building a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Development and execution of data-driven territory plans
Partnership on territory design and resource allocation
Driving omnichannel cycle planning
Leading segmentation, targeting, and persona development
Coaching on sales call excellence, competitive selling, account management, and emotional selling
Building field capabilities through training, field coaching, and onboarding
Implementation and optimization of sales tools, CRM systems, dashboards, and digital enablement platforms
Monitoring performance through KPIs, analytics, and insights
Management of SIP target setting, tracking, and payout responsibility
Collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, and Data teams
Acting as Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer to Head Office
Capturing and sharing market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights

Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in health science
5+ years’ experience in sales or sales management within vaccines or related pharmaceutical environment
Experience in Sales Operations or Sales Excellence
Strong knowledge of the Hungarian vaccines field
Proven ability to coach and develop teams in sales call model, competitive selling, and account management
Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to improve territory and team performance
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Confident influencing skills in a matrix organization
Strong customer orientation and focus on delivering value
Results-driven with track record of achieving or exceeding targets
High emotional intelligence and ability to motivate and energize others
Proficiency with Veeva or similar CRM tools, digital sales platforms, dashboards, and data analysis tools
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Valid driving license
5+ years’ experience in sales or sales management within vaccines or related pharmaceutical environment
