Responsibilities

Leading and management of the Professional Beauty department
Creation and responsibility of department sales budget
Responsibility of turnover, distribution, initiative targets
Accompanying the sales force «on the field»
Monthly evaluating and coaching of the sales force
Deployment of sales tools
Tracking Sales Reps
Support of Sales force in gaining new customers and growing the existing ones
Deployment of incentives and novelties (new in-salon support tools, new products etc.)
Deployment of weekly, monthly sales force capability trainings
Reporting to the GM, Category Leader and Group Board
Other tasks on request of the GM, Category Leader and Group Board

Requirements

Sales knowledge
Excellent business English
Higher education (at least bachelors)
Sales manager experience preferred
