Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients, leveraging provided AI tools to enhance prospecting and sales efficiency.
Drive achievement of individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Actively participate in sales and customer service processes to ensure high-quality client engagement.
Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with department managers and the Head of Sales.
Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients.
Standardize sales processes and ensure knowledge retention across the team.
Participate in contract negotiations and endorse agreements within the power of attorney framework.
Prepare training materials and deliver internal training sessions as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sales roles within B2B IT (software) sales
Experience in managing complex sales cycles, including solution selling and contract negotiations
Strong familiarity with the Hungarian mid-market, client expectations, and regulatory environment
Existing network within the Hungarian enterprise IT landscape is a strong advantage
Awareness of current trends in digital transformation, cloud technologies, and business process optimization, special attention on AI tools
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud) and sales performance tools is advantage
Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight
Fluent in Hungarian and English; additional languages are a plus
Results-oriented and proactive
Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving industry
Ethical, trustworthy, and committed to delivering value
