Sales Manager Nespresso Professional

Main purpose of the job is the leadership of premium B2B Nespresso Sales division on Hungarian market, operating primarily in Budapest
Main areas of responsibilities - (1) sales force management, (2) development & implementation of market strategies and (3) deployment of marketing activities (4) achieving the business and sales target
Main expectations are: delivering new business, sales, P&L targets and meeting qualitative aspects in the high level customer care

What will be your responsibilities/daily tasks?

  • To lead, motivate and manage the sales team of Account Managers, who permanently acquire new businesses and develop the active customers' portfolio
  • To improve team quality and expertise through first class practice in the areas of training, coaching, motivation and regular team / individual meetings
  • To acquire and look after major clients in coordination with responsible Account Managers
  • Elaboration and updating of sales strategy and its correct implementation through the Sales team
  • Close monitoring of competitors' activities / products, services, prices, promotions... /
  • Monitor market changes and market needs
  • Cooperation with the other Sales Managers for effective work in order to utilize synergies at a high level, in accordance with the goal of the company
  • Cooperation on planning of marketing activities, promotions internally with Lyreco and Nespresso Marketing coordinators and with external partners
  • Efficient usage of promotions and participation in trade fairs / customer events
  • To secure proper budgeting process of team and individual goals (sales, new customers, margin)
  • Permanent monitoring and calculation of budget achievement and development
  • Elaboration and updating of conceptual presentations and reporting's with the assistance of Sales support coordinator
  • To run high quality recruitment of Account Managers in cooperation with HR department
  • Close cooperation and communication with
  • ​Nespresso B2C organisation in Hungary
  • Lyreco Back office departments /esp. Customer service, Finance, Logistics,.. /
  • Nespresso B2B colleagues from different European markets

What makes you successful?

  • Min 3 years job experience in high level commercial position
  • Premium brand background or marketing experience is an advantage
  • Highly result oriented person with hunter drive & abilities to win new business
  • Independent manager with strong commercial skills
  • Ability to think strategically and act operationally
  • Good motivator with high level presentations skills
  • Structured, logical and business oriented mindset
  • Active English language (speaking and writing) is a must
  • Native Hungarian
