Feladatok

For our company Medist Hungary, we are looking to fill the position of Sales Manager, whose main responsibilities will include:

full takeover of the agenda from the current Company Manager due to retirement
leading the group of 3 employees fom personal as well as proffesional side
responsibility for achieving the set sales targets
building on the existing customer portfolio and further developing it
building long-term relationships with customers
developing business relationships in both modern and traditional markets
collaborating on the development of the sales strategy within the Transtrade Group (Hungary, Slovakia, Czech republic, Poland)
preparing sales statistics and other important reports
cooperation with externals (payroll agenda, suppliers etc.)
daily resolution of arising situations in cooperation with the international sales team

Elvárások

We are looking for a person with strong experiences in FMCG and years of experiences with leading a sales team in Budapest. Additionally, we prefer:

knowledge of food distribution
strong sales skills based on relationship building
high loyalty and ability to personally commit to the company
ability to lead and develop a sales team
ability to identify business opportunities
experience in establishing new brands
experiences with SAP
fluent English and one additional language (Spanish is welcomed)
