Do you like challenges? Do you have excellent communication and sales skills? Inspired to explore new markets and have a wide network of contacts, then we are the right place for you.
We’re looking for a strategic-minded professional to lead our Luxury and Entertainment segment – someone who brings expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of the premium guest experience.

  • Identifying and developing new high-profile clients and partners in the luxury, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors – including event organizers, production companies, celebrities, VIP agencies, and high-end travel operators
  • Designing and executing effective sales campaigns tailored to the premium and entertainment market
  • Building and maintaining relationships with B2B and B2C partners, both locally and internationally
  • Creating custom offers and packages for luxury events, private gatherings, exclusive parties, and VIP stays
  • Representing the hotel at high-profile events to build connections and raise brand awareness
  • Working with the Marketing and F&B teams to align sales efforts with the overall brand vision
  • Monitoring trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities


 

Requirements

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an understanding of luxury hospitality and client expectations
  • Fluent English and Hungarian, both written and spoken – additional languages are a plus
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, especially in Luxury and Entertainment segment
  • Solid network within entertainment, media, or high-end travel sectors
  • Confident, adaptable, and committed to excellence
  • Strong MS Office and CRM knowledge
