Responsibilities
Key Role Description:
We are looking for a fully independent, senior-level Sales Manager for international logistics who does not require micro-management or constant supervision.
The candidate must be able to:
Main Responsibilities:
• Independent acquisition of B2B clients in international logistics
• Development of new markets, client segments and sales channels
• Conducting complex negotiations with decision makers
• Structuring deals with difficult logistics chains and multimodal routes
• Building long-term partnerships with key accounts
• Full responsibility for personal sales funnel and revenue
• Developing sales strategy and market penetration roadmap
• Representation of the company in negotiations and industry meetings

- Build the sales system from scratch
- Handle complex negotiations with international clients
- Find non-standard and effective solutions to achieve business goals
- Act as a key driver of revenue growth

Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international logistics sales
- Experience working with complex logistics routes (Europe – China – Asia – global)
- Ability to conduct difficult negotiations and close large contracts
- Strategic and analytical mindset, strong business vision
- Ability to find solutions where others see obstacles
- English – mandatory
- Russian – mandatory
- Hungarian – advantage
- Must be located in Budapest and work from office
