About the Role
The Key Account Manager – Hungary will be responsible for developing EU Poultry’s business on the Hungarian market, managing cooperation with key distributor partners, and driving sales performance across all relevant sales channels.
The role includes close cooperation with distributors, coordination of sales activities, support of market expansion, work with key customers, and identification of new growth opportunities.

The Key Account Manager – Hungary will be responsible for developing EU Poultry’s business on the Hungarian market, managing cooperation with key distributor partners, and driving sales performance across all relevant sales channels.
The role includes close cooperation with distributors, coordination of sales activities, support of market expansion, work with key customers, and identification of new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account & Distributor Management
- Manage and develop relationships with key distributor partners in Hungary.
- Act as the main point of contact between EU Poultry and distributor management teams.
- Ensure effective execution of commercial agreements, pricing policies, and sales conditions.
- Build strong, long-term business partnerships with distributors and key customers.
- Take responsibility for sales performance across key channels.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing channels and develop new sales opportunities in the market.
- Support market expansion and increase product presence with end customers.
- Participate in planning and implementing commercial activities to strengthen EU Poultry’s market position.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer needs, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports, market insights, and recommendations for headquarters.
- Provide feedback from the market to support business decisions, product development, and commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, key account management, business development, or distributor management.
- Experience in FMCG, food production, HoReCa, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for market development.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with sales data and market insights.
- English language skills are required;
