Állás leírása
Tasks
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market share in Western Europe region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Provide expert guidance on our product portfolio, ensuring customers receive optimal solutions for their needs.
- B2B sales of our high value-added, high quality, food ingredients products. Liaising with customers, potential customers, meeting/servicing customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to drive sales initiatives.
- Travel across the region to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, with a strong background in the food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage market and trends within commodity sector.
- Excellent sales skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English (both written and spoken) – advanced level required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently abroad.
- Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, able to assess risks and make responsible decisions.
- Ability to work independently, but you are also a good team player.
- Open to new things and willing to seek new opportunities and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
