Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Development

Acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships in automotive and industrial sectors
Analyze customer structures and identify key decision-makers to build effective contact networks.

Sales Execution & Negotiation

Develop customer-specific strategies and solutions based on individual needs
Create and present customized offers; support contract preparation
Lead pricing and contract negotiations independently in line with company policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Product Management, Production) to align on customer requirements
Provide field insights to support product development and strategic planning

Requirements

5–8 years of sales experience in the industrial and/or automotive supplier industry, ideally with exposure to the display market
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Fluent in German+English, comfortable working across cultures and international markets
Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs into viable solutions
Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, with a structured and solution-focused approach
Open for business travels national+international approximately 50% of the time
