For our client, an international company from FMCG sector we are looking for the Sales Manager in Hungary.
Sales Manager Hungary
Main responsibilities:
- Developing market strategy and achieving sales targets.
- Leading the sales team.
- Educating and developing team members to achieve company goals.
- Responsible for the implementation of defined sales plans.
- In charge of the annual budget, sales promotions.
- Regular contact with clients and distributors.
- Providing regular feedback on the sales activities and market response.
- Analyzing market data and recommending steps for improvement.
- Preparing reports and summaries for senior management.
Requirements:
- University or college degree.
- 5 years of sales experience, advantage in FMCG or related sector.
- Experience in managing a small sales team.
- Fluent English and Hungarian.
- Goal-oriented, supportive coaching mindset.
- Ready for travelling across Hungary.
- Driving licence B.
- Team player.
