Sales Manager Germany 100%Our Customer is an international company in the photovoltaics sector. For this client, we are looking for a structured and customer-oriented personality.The Photovoltaic Inverter Salesperson will be responsible for supporting commercial development in Germany, with the aim of promoting and selling energy conversion solutions (inverters, accessories and related services) to installers, distributors and partners in the photovoltaic sector. The role is key to business growth, contributing to the expansion of the customer network and the consolidation of existing commercial relationships, reporting to the global sales manager.Activities:Manage and develop the customer portfolio in the photovoltaic sector (installers, distributors, designers)Promote inverter and storage system products and solutions, illustrating their technical and commercial advantagesAnalyse customer needs and propose tailor-made solutionsNegotiate offers and contracts in accordance with company policiesAchieve set sales targets and contribute to the commercial growth planProvide feedback to the technical and marketing teams on market trends and customer requestsParticipate in trade fairs, events and training courses in the sectorTechnical skills:At least 5 years of experience in selling photovoltaic products or solutions (inverters, modules, batteries, monitoring systems)Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken), knowledge of the Italian language will be considered a plusKnowledge of the German renewable energy market and the B2B distribution channel is preferredGood understanding of the German solar market and regulatory environment Willingness to travel within the Germany as requiredStrong technical, analytical skills and good negotiation and communication skillsCustomer-oriented mindset.
