Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio in Bulgaria
  • Acquire new customers; conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Drive B2B sales activities within the printing and plastics industries
  • Follow the company’s sales and marketing strategy
  • Prepare reports for the Hungarian management and the international headquarters
  • Organize and complete regular business trips (primarily to Bulgaria)
  • Participate in sales trainings, customer visits, and international conferences
  • Cooperate closely with the Budapest-based sales team and provide occasional backup
  • Work primarily from the Budapest office (District X); home office possibilities are limited
  • Travel to Bulgaria 2–3 times per quarter to maintain customer relationships

Requirements

  • At least high school diplomain economics, commerce, sales, or marketing (higher education preferred)
  • Fluent Bulgarian, English (written and spoken) and at least intermediate Hungarian
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Category B driving license
  • Hungarian citizenship or valid Hungarian work/residence permit

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in the printing or plastics industry is an advantage, but not required—full training is provided
  • Residence in or near Budapest

A global, family-owned industrial company with more than 130 years of history is looking for a Sales Manager responsible for the Bulgarian market.
The company specializes in surface finishing transfer foils widely used in security printing, packaging, bank cards, and decorative applications.
Its Hungarian subsidiary has been operating for over 30 years, with a stable team and strong market presence. The Bulgarian market is currently managed from Hungary, and due to growth, we are seeking a native-level Bulgarian speaker to take over the market fully.
