Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of tele-sales professionals, setting clear expectations and driving performance against KPIs.
Generate sales opportunities through phone-based prospecting and data-driven leads.
Build adviser relationships to grow sales and increase adoption of BlackRock products and technology.
Champion effective use of Portfolio 360, CRM, and digital tools.
Maintain strong product and market knowledge across the team.
Ensure disciplined pipeline management and reporting.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and German preferred
Experience in telephone sales or business development
Track record of exceeding sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership experience, including coaching or managing junior sales professionals.
Influencing and relationship-building skills with advisers.
Comfortable using CRM systems and adopting portfolio analytics and digital sales tools.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
