Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth by actively promoting the company’s portfolio to beauty salons and business owners
• Manage the sales team of two with supporting their carreer goals
• Create sales offers and manage key account meetings
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with key clients and with producers
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and daily activities
• Prepare forecasts, regular sales reports and performance updates for management

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven track record in sales with a strong focus on business development
• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based role
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, minimum 2 in team leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with a customer-centric mindset
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused attitude
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and driven by results
• Professional, reliable, and collaborative team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver’s license with active driving experience

Nice-to-have

Experience in medical or aesthetic device sales, including working with doctors or clinics
