Sales Lead Qualifier

• In this role you will identify and source new business opportunities (leads) in the industrial and medical gases sector
• You will provide continuous, structured feedback to lead sources on the status and quality of submitted leads
• Also, you will manage, qualify, and follow up on incoming business opportunities and customer inquiries
• Identify the appropriate customer contact for each opportunity or request
• Conduct initial customer needs assessments and gather essential information
• Forward qualified opportunities to the relevant internal department or sales representative
• Managed the leads in Salesforce CRM according to defined business rules
• Collaborate regularly with sales representatives across all customer segments
• Furthermore, you will support the preparation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns

• You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Fluent Hungarian communication — alongside your confident English skills — enables you to succeed in this environment
• Strong user‑level CRM knowledge (preferably Salesforce) and advanced MS Office skills are tools you rely on in your daily work
• You have professional experience in the Hungarian industrial market
• Also, you have advanced technical understanding and strong problem‑solving abilities
• You show a digital mindset with openness to emerging technologies, including AI‑based tools and solutions
• You are willing to travel occasionally for business
• In addition, you are a strong team player with the ability to work independently and in a structured, organized manner
