Responsibilities

related environments.
Ability to collect, analyze, and structure technical and commercial requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in requesting, comparing, and evaluating supplier quotations with a focus on technical compliance and commercial competitiveness.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer, supplier, and project data.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.
Self-employed freelancer status under the Hungarian KATA taxation scheme is mandatory.
Ability to work independently, remotely, and deliver tasks in a structured, reliable, and professional manner.
Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements

Completed commercial or technical education (or comparable qualification).
Initial experience in sales, project coordination/support, procurement, or a similar operational role is an advantage.
Ability to handle standard sales and project-related tasks accurately, independently, and professionally.
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Confident user of MS Office; experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Language skills: good to very good English (written and spoken) is required; German is a plus.
High level of reliability, motivation, and sense of responsibility.
