Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Kardex’s full product and service portfolio to new customers.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities in untapped or underpenetrated industries and territories.
  • Consult customers on operational efficiency and material flow optimization (including software solutions).
  • Develop and execute territory or industry penetration plans.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound methods (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, events).
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the full sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams on lead generation and customer events.
  • Prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
  • Represent Kardex professionally at customer sites, fairs, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and country-specific regulations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing Management, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in technical capital goods, services, or software.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of production and distribution logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Hungary.
  • Valid driving license.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in intralogistics or high-volume technical sales.
  • Background in project sales or complex technical solution selling.
  • Knowledge of industrial B2B marketing.
  • Experience with CRM-based customer segmentation and pipeline analysis.
  • Proficiency in Jira and HubSpot.
  • Intralogistics knowledge or experience in an industrial environment.
