Responsibilities
Phone-based client outreach supported by data, technology and structured training
Proactive relationship building with advisors to drive sales in BlackRock products and adoption of Portfolio 360
Handling inbound calls from advisers and pitching BlackRock solutions
Following BlackRock’s tech-enabled engagement model during client calls and actioning client requests and follow ups
Maintaining and developing knowledge of BlackRock products, market views, marketing sales strategies and Portfolio 360
Rigorous record-keeping, pipeline management, and reporting standards
Proactive relationship building with advisors to drive sales in BlackRock products and adoption of Portfolio 360

Requirements
Fluent German language skills
Proficiency in English language
Previous sales or client-facing experience
Interest in financial markets
BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience
Compliance with regulatory and legal requirements including MIFID II Information Provider status
High sales acumen and ability to generate sales opportunities
Outstanding relationship management, influencing and interpersonal skills
Tech-fluency and integration of CRM technology in sales process
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain focus, motivation, and high performance under pressure
Ability to learn various investment solutions
Ability to work in team environment while being a driven self-starter
Proficiency in English language
